About Jake
Jake seated in front of a wall with concept art by and a photograph of artist Mary Blair.
With more than ten years experience working in theme parks, Jake has left his mark on many of them - Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, and now Universal Studios Hollywood. His area of focus has been in entertainment operations, and has been in leadership positions the past five years. Jake spends his free time frequenting the available theme and amusement parks in the area, drawing inspiration from his visits and experiences. He also plays the trumpet and has marched with two different drum corps. An avid cinephile, Jake’s other hobbies include interactive media like television and video games, as well as board games and occasionally playing sports.
Originally from the midwest, Andrew has lived many places but currently resides in southern California. Now working in communications, his nearly 15 years working in theme parks were spent talking to visitors about their experiences to better inform his own design decisions. Andrew lives with his spouse and their cats just a few miles from Anaheim’s theme parks, which he visits often. Also a trumpet player, Andrew has a passion for music that he hopes finds its way into the projects he works on. As an avid sports fan Andrew can often be found playing or watching basketball, and spends his free time reading science fiction books and playing video games.
